Equal Opportunities West will be a vocal, innovative force advocating for adults with disabilities. The staff then work with the individual to support them and also assists employers to ensure the partnership is successful. The program works with individuals to assist them in identifying what type of work matches their skills and abilities, good work habits, teach social skills, how to go finding a job, and use of public transportation to and from work. We will empower the people we support in the realization of their dreams and goals. This program has been very successful and we have individuals employed in restaurants, hotels, retail outlets and many other areas of the work force.
