Ken completed the culinary art program and has been developed his experience for over fifteen years in many traditional Japanese restaurant in Korea . He 'fell in love' with Japanese cuisine during a study in Japan and has more confidence of his own style along with traditional way.After moving to Winnipeg in 2007, He starts his own restaurant in Academy which is holding the most leading trends and fashion shops in Winnipeg. This is the reason there are so many lists his menu which covers many dishes people never seen before to any other place. It has been constantly expanded to two more locations for now.He said what made him surprise was most Japanese restaurant emphasized only 'sushi' even though sushi was only the part of whole cuisine.
